Yoga-Art Camp at the Canyon View Community Center

Yoga Art camp is a great class for a wide range of ages.  Ages 4-12 

Class is from 9:30-12:30 so make sure to bring a lunch. I only offer this class once a month, Second Saturday of each month. Make sure to sign up early cause it does fill up quick.

The Camp is Located at 471 Maidu Drive, right next to the bike park and hiking trails. Drop the kids off and hit the trails.

We are in the Sierra Room in the Canyon View Community Center the room is nice and big for the kids can run around, play games, learn yoga poses, sing, dance, and make art.

I always have a mindful art project planned, but I have a table full of extra supplies for the kids to create whatever they like. It is so fun to see what they create. 

We are very active in this class and we also take short moments to pause and breathe, and meditate.
