Welcome Tricia Sims to Create Community Yoga!
Tricia worked in the mental health field for 20 years, where she was an educator, an advocate, and a program director. She has practiced yoga for the past 10 years. Recently, she stepped away from her 20 year career and decided to combine her love of teaching and her love of yoga. She is passionate about continuing to learn and grow within her own practice in order to help her students have rewarding experiences on their mats. She regularly attends workshops and trainings, and can be found on her own mat 5 days a week.
Breathwork and mindful movements are at the center of each of Tricia's classes she teaches, bringing the basics of yoga to the forefront.
Tricia is offering two donation based classes a week:
Yin, Monday 7:00-8:00p.m
Slow Flow, Wednesday 5:30-6:30p.m
